Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, Your Gift Concierge adheres to the following refund terms:

  • Styling & Concierge Fees

    All styling, consultation, and coordination fees are non-refundable once service has commenced.

  • Product Costs

    If a gift item becomes unavailable or cannot be sourced within the agreed timeline, clients will be offered a full refund or a suitable alternative.

  • Courier & Delivery Fees

    Courier costs are refundable only if the package has not yet been dispatched.

  • Damages or Issues

    In the event of damage or mishandling, we will assist in resolving the issue through a claim or replacement where applicable.

  • Cancellation Requests

    Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment and before any sourcing or styling begins.
